Production Coordinator + Lead Floral Designer 

Bloom Generation is looking to hire someone that is timely, organized, and addicted to the bloom.  This person will act with pre-wedding and event logistics while also has a keen design sense, makes jaw-dropping blooms, and has the stamina to lead an event. 

Production Coordinator: 

  • Creation of floral proposals

  • Editing and creating mood boards 

  • Point of contact for brides, grooms, and planners 

  • Scheduling of daily events leading up to weddings

  • Management of calendar 

  • Vase sourcing 

  • Creation of floral orders 

  • Event production timelines 

  • Coordination of van rentals + picks ups, strike team, meals, etc. 

  • Organization of all materials needed for upcoming weddings + events

Floral Design Lead: 

  • Pre-wedding and event studio preparations 

  • Creation of table arrangements, centerpieces, bar arrangements, bud vases, etc 

  • Leadership during events and leading up to events of managing a team 

  • Creation of installations and on-site arrangements 

  • Management of loading/ unloading cars

2022 Wedding Season

Bloom Generation is looking to hire someone that is timely, creative, and addicted to the bloom.  This person will show up to create floral art, has experience in floral design, and knows the in’s and out’s of florals from boutonnieres to large-scale installations. 

  • Create timely and beautiful floral arrangements

  • Making sure all flowers are watered and stored to prevent wilting

  • Has experience in floral crowns, boutonnieres, corsages, and the like 

  • Can create large scale floral arrangements

  • Is aware of floral expectancy and care 

Experience in floral design is a plus plus plus.  Must be able to be on their feet for long days, has an acute design sense, is on time, and has experience working in fast paced environments.

Interest in plant and floral healing, astrology, herbalism and all things mystical a plus.
